1) Get it there on time:

Products from Binley Florist are fun and unique. If we are out of a particular item or decorative element, i.e. a specific basket, vase, plush, tin, etc., we may substitute a similar item or element of equal or greater value to ensure your gift arrives on time. In making substitutions, we take great care and consideration in finding gifts that will meet or exceed the expectations of both the gift giver and recipient.

2) Make it fresh and beautiful:

We select the most creative florists to be on our team who professionally recreate our designs based on their creative interpretation. The "look and feel" of our arrangements featured will remain the same, with our florists paying careful attention to overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.

Our floral arrangements contain only the freshest flowers, and so substitutions may be made depending on seasonal and regional availability.

In single-variety arrangements only, variety will take preference over color. For instance, if a florist is out of "yellow tulips," they will substitute another color of tulips, not another yellow flower.

In extremely warm weather, a chocolate item may be substituted within a tower, basket or sampler so that the highest quality edibles are delivered to your recipient.
